For this role: We are looking for dynamic, go-getter persons who have worked in the hospitality or contract market in the UAE or KSA who know very well the design industry and have contacts.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Must know and have experienced identifying new business opportunities, including potential clients.

- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients and negotiating deals and contracts.

- Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

- Conducting market research to stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

- Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, sales and production, to develop and execute business strategies.

- Analyzing financial data and creating reports to measure the success of business development initiatives.

- Attending industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about industry trends and developments.

- Developing and presenting proposals and presentations to potential clients.

- Sales and Business Development experience: A Sales and Business Development Manager must have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and identifying and creating new business opportunities.

- Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically is crucial for a Sales and Business Development Manager to identify potential opportunities and create effective sales strategies.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for a Sales and Business Development Manager. This includes the ability to effectively pitch products or services to clients and communicate with internal teams.
