To produce the products within specified process control parameters.
To review daily production reports and provides feedback to the Top Management.
To ensure that the product has passed all the stages of the inspection and testing.
To identify the requirements of materials and raising the indent for the same.
To evolve and implement cost effective measures through continuous monitoring of the strategic and tactical area.
To promote a synergistic work culture through optimal deployment of critical inputs which includes technical and management skill, Human resources and infrastructural resources.
To identify cost effective measures for enhancing capacity utilization.
To follow documented Food Safety Management system and ensure that it is followed by all employees.
To ensure that the proper records are maintained at all stages of production.
To review and authorize daily records from Sorting to Drying & Grading to Packing
To maintain the hygienic condition of production premises & review the records of hygiene.
To review the preventive maintenance schedule and planning of the preventive maintenance schedule.
To ensure that the activities related to the preventive maintenance are followed and completed within given time frame.
To review the breakdown maintenance are handled as early as possible by the department to reduce the down time of the equipments.
To ensure proper handling of the material inside the plant.
To ensure that the stringent follow-up of documented Food Safety Management system in the works.
To stop the non-conforming process, products and related activities.
To take disposal action on the non-conforming products.
Knowledge required:
Degree in Food Technology, with 02-05 years of experience
Good English communication
Computer knowledge of MS office, data entry, Email drafting and communication
Basic knowledge of food safety principles
