Purpose of this role:
The E-Commerce Marketing Director plays an integral role driving both commercial and brand success for online branded retail channel.
Core Responsibilities:

Lead Online Branded Retail channel GTM campaigns for brand building, eCommerce promotion season and CRM.

Drive new product launches across Tmall and Douyin to maximize commercial results.

Design Online Branded Retail channel CRM value system integrating with LEGO brand CRM to drive both new shopper member recruitment online and existing shopper incremental values.

Manage required content design and production to support both GTM campaigns and CRM.

Collaborate closely with central and global marketing departments on brand building concepts and digital brand asset creation.

Manage Online Branded Retail annual marketing calendar, budget plans and ROI.

Drive Tmall and Douyin platform campaign collaborations as well as with KOL/KOC.
Play an active leadership role to build and develop the team.
Do you have what it takes?
-
Bachelor degree or above with major in business/marketing or relevant area is preferred.

10+ years of solid experience in marketing related fields.
-
Proven experience in eCommerce marketing.
-
Experience in brand/channel CRM is a plus.

Strong understanding of eCommerce landscape, with experience in platform campaigns and KOL/KOC collaboration.

Solid analytical skills with data driven mentality.

Proven leadership and influencing skills, with a collaboration mindset.

Ability to lead and work under complex internal & external team setup.
Excellent communication skills, highly proficient in both English and Chinese.
