Human Resource Executive (WFH) [Malaysia]


 

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, placement of job advertisements, shortlisting, conducting interviews, background checks, onboarding, and all recruitment-related administrative functions
  • Managing all HR documentation and memos including employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, warning letters, termination and acceptance of resignation, etc

  • Updating & maintaining staff records, monthly performances, and on-target earnings ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Responsible for organizing and supporting performance reviews for probationary employees
  • Organize and coordinate various employee engagement programs
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and staff disciplinary issues

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Experience in assisting or supporting recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Someone who are willing to work from home basis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
