Your mission
- You document the requirements of the individual departments
- You record associated processes and optimize them as required
- You perform error analyses in our existing CRM system
- You coordinate user-specific adjustments of modules and reports as well as feature development in close and team-oriented cooperation with our CRM and IT specialists as well as online marketing throughout the entire development cycle
- You will use efficient usability testing and interviews to identify and solve user problems
- Monitoring success based on defined KPIs and creating and presenting analyses and reports are part of your tasks
Your profile
- You gained first experience in Jira, business flow charts and mind maps, first-level tickets, user support, stakeholder management, and marketing tools
- Knowledge of MS Dynamic 365 is a big plus
- You are experienced in classic project management; agile project management experience is also desirable
- You bring analytical and conceptual skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile; German skills are a plus
