About the HR Data Analyst Role:

The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for analysing and interpreting HR data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations. You will collaborate with various HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to uncover trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure data accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, compile, and validate HR data from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, performance evaluations, and other relevant systems
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and data cleansing processes
  • Maintain a well-organised and up-to-date database of HR metrics and analytics
  • Utilise statistical analysis techniques to explore HR data and identify trends, patterns, and correlations
  • Create meaningful visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate data insights to HR leaders and key stakeholders
  • Develop predictive models and conduct forecasting to support strategic HR decision-making
  • Regularly generate and distribute HR performance metrics and KPI reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design custom reports tailored to specific departmental needs
  • Collaborate with HR team members to analyse existing HR processes and workflows, seeking opportunities for optimisation and efficiency
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance HR practices, talent acquisition, employee retention, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies when handling sensitive HR data
  • Implement data security measures to safeguard HR data from unauthorised access or breaches
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to HR analytics
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve data analysis methodologies and reporting processes

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a keen understanding of HR processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar
  • Familiarity with HR systems and HRIS databases
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, talent management, and workforce planning
  • Knowledge of data visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus
  • Good command of English
