Job Description

• Handling shipping duty with shipping partner, logistics company, third party freight forwarders
• Involved billing, packaging and preparing of shipping documents
• Coordinate shipment of goods and arrange transportation.
• Negotiate freight rates and contracts with logistics providers.
• Track shipments and address any issues or delays.
• Provide customer service and resolve shipping-related inquiries.
• Perform documentation checks, update shipment logs, and register BL in the system.
• Ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.
• Promptly respond to incoming mail & calls to avoid delay of shipping's schedule.
• Monitor and follow up on demurrage/detention issues on every shipment handled

Requirements

• Experience in shipping operations or logistics.
• Knowledge of international shipping practices and customs regulations.
